Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
The short version. Your first 7 days are free. After that Lorela costs $19 a month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Lorela takes messages; she doesn't make promises for you and she isn't an emergency service.
Who we are
Lorela is provided by ANOVIA Finance s.r.o., company ID 01757237, Na Zámku 636, 250 81 Nehvizdy, Czech Republic ("Lorela", "we", "us"). By using Lorela you agree to these terms.
The service
Lorela answers the calls you forward to your Lorela number with an AI voice assistant, takes a message and emails you a summary. Lorela does not book appointments, quote prices, transfer calls or make promises on your behalf.
Lorela is not an emergency service. She cannot call 911 or connect a caller to emergency services. If a caller describes an emergency, Lorela tells them to call 911.
Who can use Lorela
You must be at least 18 and use Lorela for your business or professional work in the United States.
Free week, price and billing
- Your first 7 days are free. We ask for a card when we set up your Lorela number.
- After the free week, Lorela costs $19 a month, billed monthly in advance to your card until you cancel. Sales tax may be added where it applies.
- Your plan includes 60 minutes of calls each month. Past that limit Lorela still answers, but takes only the caller's name and a short message.
- If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@lorela.cz. If you cancel during the free week, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, Lorela keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
Your responsibilities
- You turn call forwarding on and off with your carrier. Your carrier may count forwarded calls toward your plan's minutes.
- You give your callers any notice the law requires, for example about call recording. At your request we add a recording notice to Lorela's greeting.
- You don't use Lorela for anything unlawful, for robocalls or for spam.
- You keep your email address up to date so the summaries reach you.
AI can make mistakes
Lorela's summaries are written automatically from the call. They can miss or mishear details, so check anything important with the caller before you act on it.
Availability
We work to keep Lorela running all the time, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Calls also depend on your carrier and on our telephone and AI providers.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You own your call recordings, transcripts and summaries.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost profits or other indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end your use of Lorela if you break these terms or don't pay. If we stop offering Lorela, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and don't charge you for the time after the service ends.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you keep using Lorela after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the laws of your state that can't be waived by agreement.
