The short version. Lorela answers the calls you miss and emails you a summary. To do that we record and transcribe calls and keep the contact details you give us. We use this data only to run Lorela. We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we are
Lorela is operated by ANOVIA Finance s.r.o., company ID 01757237, Na Zámku 636, 250 81 Nehvizdy, Czech Republic ("Lorela", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@lorela.cz.
What we collect
- Sign-up details. When you fill in the form on lorela.ai or a sign-up form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name, business name, email address, mobile number and mobile carrier.
- Calls. When someone calls a Lorela line, including our demo line (773) 232-1970, we record the call audio, create a transcript and a short summary, and keep the caller's phone number and the time of the call.
- Demo calls you ask for. If you ask us to call you with a demo, we call the number you gave us. That call is recorded and summarized in the same way, and we email you the summary.
- Technical data. When you send our form, our hosting provider tells us the approximate region of your IP address, such as the US state. Our servers keep standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting.
The lorela.ai website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To answer calls for your business and send you the summaries.
- To set up your Lorela line and contact you about it.
- To run demo calls and send you the demo summary.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve how Lorela handles calls.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example in accounting.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run Lorela for us, and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Callers to your business
When Lorela answers for your business, we process your callers' details on your behalf. Some US states require everyone on a call to agree to recording. You are responsible for giving your callers any notice the law requires. At your request we add a recording notice to Lorela's greeting.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up details and call data while you use Lorela, or until you ask us to delete them. When you close your account, we delete your call recordings, transcripts and summaries. We keep billing records for as long as accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Email hello@lorela.cz to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
- To stop emails from us, reply STOP to any of them.
- California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Because we are based in the European Union, the GDPR also protects your data. You can complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
Security
Our website and the summaries we send use encrypted connections, and access to call data is limited to the people who run Lorela.
Children
Lorela is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your data, we tell customers by email first.
